Hahaha yeah yoga is pretty interesting. When I first took up yoga, I thought I was flexible until I saw the little old ladies in my class twisting their bodies the way they did. It amazed me.

Wow, yoga. My 3d teacher does yoga. He gets these automated messages to do certain things at certain times during his lecutres. He ignores them though, however he did put his foot in his neck backwards one. Crazy stuff.
